Please help identify and date French Badonviller mark

Hello, everyone. I recently purchased a vintage French ceramic match box, with a mark from Badonviller. I have not been able to date or identify the maker’s mark itself, a black shield design with a star in the middle, with initials I cannot identify. Is “Thouars” the maker? If so what are the initials in the star? What do the green marks (which appear to be numbers) next to the makers mark mean?

The makers mark is stamped upside down on the piece itself.

Based on the mark, what is the approximate date of the item?

The maker’s mark is found on the back, as the match strike area is on the bottom. There is also a green mark next to the black makers mark.

A quick google of Badonviller Thouars shows that Thouars is the pattern. (Looks stencilled.) Badonviller is also a place in France, so I expect that's where it's made. The letters are EO or OE in the star. Early 20th c would be my bet.

I’ve seen a number of other Badonviller marks of different shapes. Does anyone have a French faince pottery reference work that can narrow down the time frame more based on when the mark was used, perhaps at least by decade? I know we have a lot of pottery mark experts here.
