Featured Bone fireplace decoration identification

Hi,

can anyone help me with the age/information about this carved bone fireplace decoration. Very interesting and a lot of detail and work has gone into it.

Brought at a car-boot sale for 50p

I think it's for keys....can u show the back and the base please....

and oh.... you likely have no idea the size of a Canadian Loonie.......neither do I a one pound or pence coin..

 

Decorated for Christmas, so seasonal ornament? As komo said, we need all sides, in focus.

 

Hooks might be for stockings. Might originally have had knitted ones or some such.

 

wouldn't the knobs on the wreath under the mantle be for stockings..??

I took the knobs for (rather large) light bulbs.

 

I think it is darling! I was going to suggest that it was for a doll house ... very cute!!
