O PURCHASED AS A PRINT BUT when I was ready to frame I NOTICED there was no info on when or who printed the poster. While inspecting edges for WRITING I also noticed thin pencil Mark's that did not meet all the way to corners, like hand done.i also noticed that the paper did not have a shine like a poster . The only thing shining was the graphite on ACTUAL drawing. I thought maybe it's an ORIGINAL but when CHECKING SIGNATURE
It was not ROCKWELL BUT LERI L. FRIEND.
I RESEARCHED TO SEE IF HE MADE studiES of his work before producing it.
Yes he did and he would often gift them to friends and WRITING friends on drawing.
I don't know who is the girl or if it was Rockwell FRIEND.
I did NOTICED the drawing IS almost identical to poster. I'll include ACTUAL poster in my photos.
You think this is real and how do you AUTHENTICATION. IMG_20230922_083958_(600_x_600_pixel).jpg IMG_20230922_084045_(600_x_600_pixel).jpg IMG_20230922_084126_(600_x_600_pixel).jpg IMG_20230922_084455_(600_x_600_pixel).jpg IMG_20230922_084252_(600_x_600_pixel).jpg

A quick search shows a number of certified appraisers who authenticate Rockwell art. The Norman Rockwell museum does not offer the service and points to these same providers. Expect to pay something for their services.

Could be a pencil drawing after the poster by whoever's name that is.

Looks a little clumsy to be a drawing by Rockwell himself, who Terry was is anybody's guess.

She was probably making a copy of a Rockwell drawing for practice or as a gift. It's not meant to be mistaken for the real thing.

Definitely a Master copy by a hobbiest. This is how someone just starting out does mark making when they're copying. A professional artist like Rockwell draws in a completely different way. Lighter, fluid mark making, confident, construction lines apparent, etc.
