Couldn’t find a likely “Patsy’ so far so probably an amateur. I like it and it’s a little different. Your thoughts on the skill level of the artist,please. It’s 37x28cm. Thanks for any comments

    I'd think that was a student's work. And someone certainly valued it enough to frame and hang.

    Yes,I did note that. Especially the the one of the right ‘walking away’ Made me think of the Lord of the Rings trees.
