As with many lamps, a good chance the shade has been changed out. The socket unit and support arms are brass . . . can't tell about the base from photo, but it to may be brass/bronze. The shade frame is made of spelter - seems like a bit of a mismatch despite being a good size fit. Note; I've had B&H bases that are not signed. That being said... it's a nice little lamp.

Turns out you were on the money! I did minor surgery and on the reverse of the base it’s clearly marked B&H! Kind of a funny spot to put it. I was going to flip it over but its recessed to accept the bolt the way it sits. That seller in your link must have done that same thing. I thought the shade was probably original but you could be right. I do think the frame may be brass. The base is definitely brass or bronze other than the bottom plate. The shade frame shows a lot of yellow metal shining though on the high contact areas. Not super easy to see in these photos but the bottom edge shows it best. Personally I think it’s a neat little lamp. Such an easy size to slide into a home. That’s a big part of the reason I was drawn to it. So many lamps are such a big commitment. This one stands just about 14” tall. 0A8DEC45-53B2-42EB-997A-B52260A6931E.jpeg C0780A2B-A8E6-4249-B376-BD93A314CDD2.jpeg
