2 Old Pewter Pint Tankard Mugs w Touchmark

I'm back with 2 old pint tankard mugs. They seem to be pretty much identical, and each has a very tiny touch mark - you can see it on the upper right of the tankard on the right in the photo below. I've struggled to get a good close-up picture - might be a crown with a 3 beneath. Any help on origin or date would be great.

That round mark looks like 22 at the top, a larger 3 at the bottom, but then two more 3s off towards the right and some indiscernible marks towards the left....at least to me! BUT, in the larger picture in the middle, I played with the brightness & contrast, and at the top it almost looks like a VERY WORN bust image of someone facing LEFT, and at the bottom a bit less worn image of a bust image facing right (this one's easier to see)- I enhanced them both, although the top one isn't too clear.....could be just me too!!
