Here's a cool old toy tractor that feels like cast iron. And I'm pretty sure the wheels are wood. It measures 8 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" tall.

I would not be too put off by the wear (depending on age and rarity), but it's missing the second small wheel in front. In this condition, would it have any value? I looked at some (the first 200) on eBay, but did not initially see any that looked like this. (It was daunting; there are close to a thousand!)

The general question is in what forum should I show model trains? I picked up a few examples from a woman whose late husband collected them. The issue for me is that most of them are not that old.

Thank you in advance for help with both questions!

That you love it is very pleasing. I'll start showing trains after lunch. Thank you!

Five train cars are photographed for a new thread and I'll start that shortly. But first, this gentleman also left behind 15 Yeungling Brewery trucks (Hess trucks, too). They are all in their boxes, and the one I brought home has apparently never been opened. I suspect they have not much value. Maybe I could sell them for $9.99 each, and would it even be worth it?? Anyway, here's the one I brought home, loaded with many bottles of beer. I looked into opening the box for a better photo, but it would compromise somewhat the box's mint condition.

And here's what is marked on the bottom. (2002; it's not even that old, for goodness sake!)

If you google "vintage green diecast farmall tractor driver" you'll find some similar to yours though I didn't look for an exact match.

Well now, I take that back. The green ones with drivers that I'm seeing on the google search I suggested above are actually "Minneapolis Molines".
