Strange bell

    Maybe goat horn? 2 wood clappers, which do not make a lot of sound, and braided leather cord. Looks very old to me.

    Thanks in advance for any guidance.

    Could that be a section of an Ibex horn?

    Looks like it might be a section of ram's horn -

    Probably a livestock bell, to be hung around the neck. It may be Mexican, given some of the other items in your recent estate sale finds.
