Featured Goebel Art Deco Skier

    I’ve searched high and low to find another example of this early Goebel figure. The XS number indicates that she’s one of a pair of bookends but she’s good as a stand alone piece.

    Can any Goebel experts tell me any more? I’m assuming that she’s quite rare.

    Very nice! Almost all of my bookends are separated. I use the end of the shelf to hold up the other side. I'm always interested in just one.

    Goebel and NOT brown! She'll sell handily - art deco ski stuff goes like gangbusters.
