lot i bought at local auction today. a new local auction company i've never used before

everything seemed to make their money, no real bargains to be had

think i paid just over £20 for the lot

looks like alot of them have been restrung badly (theres a restringing kit in bottom left corner, so looks like the beads with the white stringing have been attempted to be restrung

think some of them look interesting, some lookrubbish

    anything look of interest ?

    picking them up tomorrow

Maybe turquoise beads. Some could be glass made to look turquoise. The blue ones: one cracked and was badly reglued. I'd be thinking stone, almost certainly dyed. The lighter blue oblongs at the top may be too. The clear ones could be pre-WWII Czech glass. At L20 you didn't get burned if you were after beads to mess with.

Looks like some nice stone and glass beads. The small long strand of turquoise could potentially be real if older but it's hard to even tell sometimes. You could take them all apart and redo them into new creations.

The ones at about 2 o'clock seem to be glass. The dark blue ones at 7 o'clock look like random dyed rock. The ones I see that look like turquoise, probaly Chinese, are all 6 or 8mm or close enough.

Hard to say at this point. Could be anything except natural.
