butterfly handmade tile

hey i’m new to this forum and know nothing about antiques.. this might not even be an antique so please be nice if i’m wrong. i found this at a charity shop today and can’t find anything like it anywhere online i’ve looked everywhere.. just wondering if anyone could identify it or if it’s just a one off handmade item by someone who donated it. it doesn’t say anything on the back unfortunately

yes i think so, it makes me think maybe it was one of those tiles that had frames on but has been removed? honestly not sure

Is that some of that..........tube painted then oven baked art?? Not sure I'm describing it correctly, but seem to remember it somewhat from years ago, altho that doesn't look really old either.....and I could be way off base too....it's just ringing a bell......just not too clearly if that makes any sense.... On the other hand, the butterflies are nicely done!!!

BTW..........what SIZE is it, please?

 

I think it's some sort of modern mimic.

 

Try a company called Old Tupton Ware. This looks like one of theirs. And yes, modern.
