Simple pencil drawing-1974

Hi all,yes this looks like a very simple building drawing. Was just wondering what you all think about the skill? The signature looks rather ‘confident’ to me (so I was just wondering) Was thinking EB Nillen? Or B.Nillen? Or Nullen? The framers were Kimco (in the town Kimberly) Thank for any comments

 

I would call this an architectural rendering.
Probably done by an architect, contractor, or even a student. The trees and some other details aren't handled well.

Not really meant to be wall art, even though it was framed.

 

I read last name Mullen.

The Harry Oppenheimer House in Kimberley. Opened November 25, 1974. Architects were Hentrich and Partner of Johannesburg, working with Hentrich-Petschnigg and Partner KG of Dusseldorf who were commissioned by the company to design a building to sort diamonds that was “…of great simplicity, design and elegance.”
