Etching- ID help please

Hi all,please help to ID this writing. Looks like Roman numerals. MCM .. (maybe 1917 or 1918?) Not sure. And the rest? Any comments would be appreciated. It’s 20cm x 16cm. Thank you

I note the pencil signature (specifically the middle part) on the etching I have more closely resembles the one in the museum (more than the copy on artsdot) Is etching I have perhaps an original by Rosenberg himself?

 

It's a multiple so I'd start by assuming yours is an original. You'll want to compare the paper and measurements against those of the Museum's work.

Thanks Debora. Measured it more precisely/closely now. And also 20,8cm x 16,3m (like the museum’s work) I will see what I can figure out regarding the paper. Under light the paper also almost looks very very pale/faded blue (I think,unless Im imagining it)

 

Well this one’s measurements are definitely different from the one I have.

 

And different from the The Cleveland Museum's?

No,seems actually the same plate size as the Cleveland museum one. Also they mention:Support: Laid very pale blue paper. Does this look very pale blue? I was thinking it did perhaps (or borderline grey)

Nice etching Boland.At the Thrifts & Fleas I prob find ten times the etchings & other original graphics than orig paintings.
Signed graphics can be quite valuable.I wish I could find more actual paintings,but am happy to take what I get.
I suppose most educated & uneducated pickers just go for the color in a WC or Oil first.
