Unknown collage artist

I picked these up last year and have just dug them out of the pile again. I found them a week apart in the same shop. One is a collage and the other some sort of paint. Acrylic maybe? They have a similar feel about them. One says Port Isaac and the other Polperro I think. Both are places in Cornwall. I can't make out the artists name though. Any thoughts?

The boaty one. It has like newspaper cuttings or pages out of books with text on. Also the boats are cut out of paper and card as well as other parts. It's hard to see the raised texture on the photos as it is quite subtle.

 

Very similar to the work of Mike Bernard, another mixed media artist.

Thanks for the upload. Strikingly similar but different signature. The signatures on the ones I uploaded looks like 'Cummings' perhaps. Cant get a cross reference though.

 

That is the term I would use, rather than collage.
