These pearls are very old, late 1800's early 1900's from family passed.
I "think" natural pearls but please correct me if I'm wrong.
    The clasp tests for diamonds.
    Measures 18" not including clasp.
    3-7 mm pearls approx.
Any help greatly appreciated. Color hard to capture.
If I should need an additional photo let me know.
    Thank you!

I think the only way to tell if they are natural pearls (s opposed to cultured pearls) is to have them X-rayed.

No one can tell from a photo!

I recently saw some natural pearl strands online, and they were slightly irregular, a bit more than yours.
Being that yours are mostly round, there's a chance they are cultured, but the old cut diamond clasp is a good sign that they could be natural.
An x-ray is the best way to tell.
