haven't been able to find this pattern after various searches using Spode with rust, orange, or 90007. Does anyone know the pattern, or can you make out the word under Spode or the registration number? Thanks!

That color may be called burnt orange or burnt umber in the painting world.

The pattern number is the red ones -- 2/3287 (or 3787). The Rd number is the British registration number which you can look up on google. It will tell the date the pattern is registered, etc.

The registration number appears to start with 99 and is 5 digits long. That puts it in the 1888-1889 range.

Spode Indian tree pattern. Burnt orange or coral perhaps. Can find lots similar but nothing exactly the same.

Tallcakes, that is the same pattern - Thank you! Mine is a different colorway and also on a different plate shape.

The Caverswall on "R" looks to me to be a more recent rendition of this pattern than my plate.

That pattern on the R site looks like the every day dishes, while your plate looks like the "good" dishes only used on special occasions!
