Bell Engine? What is this?

Good afternoon from HOT and humid Atlanta. I wasn't sure if this should go in the 'tool' forum but decided what the heck! I am not sure what this is? The cardboard box it was in had written in pen Bell Engine. I found a drafting tool with it in a leather case. Not sure if the two go together? Thank you for looking!

 

The engine appears to be an RC airplane engine. My guess is someone fabricated this and used the engine to drive the belt for some type of rotary motion application. I could be WAY off here.

Not sure what the acetylene torch has to do with it.

Thank you! I have zero ideas and I don't know why it said Bell Engine? I am just going to stick them in the same lot and hopes someone buy it for $25!

 

u could do that , but before you do.....how about a clear shot of the label on the torch ....just in case it's worth the 25 by itself !!

 

could be some aviation history with that Victor torch....?

 

It is actually in it's own lot now. My hubby saw it and said it older and is worthy of standing along. I'll attach a photo of the label. There is also a mark on the side of the engine? Not sure if anyone recognizes it but I will upload that as well. Thank you again for looking for the information!
