Buddha Netsuke. What material?

    Bought this little chap today.

    Ivory or resin?

    I think resin, but the dealer insisted it was ivory.

    This looks molded to me. I think resin.

    That'll teach me to stick with my instincts. I had my suspicions it was resin.

    Good thing it was cheap.

    Are the two holes communicant? Genuine netzuke must. (Lots of repros have too:smuggrin:, but if not communicant, fake for sure!)
