3 mid century(?) paintings on board; Picasso school Boy w/Horse + 2 need help w/artist?

I found these 3 paintings today at my regular thrift store - the boy leading a horse I recognized as a copy of Picasso's famous painting (and learned it was from his 'Rose' period 1905-1906) - I think it's an excellent painting in it's own right (can anyone make out artist's name?) - I was even asked if I'd sell it as I was leaving the store, but I told them I wanted to check with Antiquerscom first to get their opinion!

The other 2 I'd appreciate any thoughts on, who artist is, etc..
The nude is signed Fran '65 I believe but I have no idea who artist is of fish painting; the first letter almost looks like a swastika!
I only paid $25 each so if they are just a weekend artist's homework I think I can at least double my money selling them.

I agree, not a bad copy, though clearly not by the master himself. A censored version too, and Picasso's pink period turned into a yellow one, but if that is what the painter preferred.

It says Picasso, just like the original. It isn't by Picasso though.

 

Love the still life. Fish + eggs not an uncommon subject it seems.

Could it be something more like Tran or Than or something? I'm having a hard time seeing an F or Fr but maybe it's just me.

'Jhan' or 'Tran'-Vietnamese.The nude & still life are pretty good.
