Big C Clamp

I have a Big C Clamp. I would like to request the decade that this was made for insurance claim purposes because my hot water tank burst and it got thrown out in mitigation. However, my insurance wants me to date everything that got lost in water damage. Mitigation took this picture and they did not take any dimensions. Thank you for assistance in this request.

It would be late 1800's early 1900 with that winged end. At least the ones I have sold like that had a pat. date in late 1800.

Thank you for the information that I seek. I will add that date to water damage list that my insurance company asked of me to get for them for my claim.

 

Ascribing any value to it other than scrap for the purpose of a claim is insurance fraud
