Featured Modern Era Woodcut with Biblical Theme

I purchased this at a local thrift shop. It is not particularly old, but I could use a hand with the signature. I don't know if it is a local artist, I don't recognize the work. It looks like it was framed by the shop that I use now, but at a previous location. Somebody spent some serious bucks to frame this as they ponied up for the museum glass and a really nice frame. We do have a big art fair in Kalamazoo every year with many artists, so it could be a regional artist of the Midwest. I would think since the artist is publishing in editions of 275, there should be other examples out there. Thanks in advance for your help.

That's what I was seeing - Flight, by B.A.M. Schwyn. The scene is Pharaoh's cavalry getting smooshed by water.

 

It's quite nice. Love the silhouetted figures at the top.

My goodness! There is an artist named B.A.M. Schwyn. Clever you! He did a portfolio entitled "Old Testament Themes" in 1980s. Could have been part of.

All the examples I found are being referred to as serigraphs, must be what this is.
