Silver ID hammer & sickle?

Anyone have an idea of the country?

Could you polish those silver marks a little ? Its hard to make them out.Hammer and sickle is usually Russian,I think.

Any chance of a closer view of the marks so the individual ones are bigger?

 

The right and left marks are unreadable even with a loupe. The center is a hammer on the left and sickle on the right , the sickle has little spines coming off the main blade.

 

I think I see a horse on the left ?

 

Enlarged 2.5X....I'm not seeing a hammer & sickle.....but that doesn't mean it's not there either....could be just ME!! The middle is definitely a 'shield'... I desaturated the image so it's just 'black & white', but I didn't find that helped.....

The shield has a hammer and crozier, would think it's a town mark, but unidentified here:

My wife suggests a Bishop's hat with a crozier.

 

I don't see hammer and sickle either, and I grew up with this symbol. At least not the famous USSR variant.

 

Actually, it is an USSR imperial symbol (a country encompassing 15 republics, one of which was Russia) and between WWII and 1991 half of Europe and Asia used this symbol. China is still using, Russia is now actively promoting it in a bid to restore USSR times. Truly hope it will not happen!
