Featured Blue/orange controlled bubble dish

    Charity shop purchase. Small dish, no recesses for cigarettes.
    Heavy, 4 and a half inches square, 2 and a half inches deep. Lots of wear on the base, would it be mid century and any ideas where made please? Thanks.

    No suggestions but i saw how they did those bubbles at the Tacoma glass blowing museum. As they spin the molten almost finished piece they squirt water mixed with baking soda.

    Incredible how they have got the uniformity here bar a couple of larger bubbles.

    Very good bubbles. Might be made on Murano, in which case the technique is bullicante, but Ericsson did this sort of stuff too.
