Any info on 'Santa Barbara Mission' painting & artist?

    This is one of the paintings I bought on my art buying spree at a local thrift store Friday.
    It was interesting because the back has the title of the painting, a $550 price tag, but no mention of the artist?
    Can anyone tell me who the artist is? (I see Bill Leash?)
    Any thoughts on the painting?

    Wow that’s a rather impressive price tag for what appears to be a very average borderline unimpressive painting. Bill...’something’ must be well know. What did you pay (if I may ask) I like the tree best.

    Ha ha. Yes Im sure. Well good. Hopefully a lot less! Maybe the artist just overvalued his work. Looks like it could have been painted ‘last week’ . But also I know basically nothing about art.
