    Looks very modern and possibly from China.
    The seams are badly finished off, or not at all.

    I saw that and the photo they found but yours doesn't have the globby bit on the spout.

    Don't know if Maddock made a variation or if it's a similar pattern by a different maker.

    Sorry forgot to mention yours also has the band around the neck.

    The handle, lid, trailing ivy and general shape are the parts that really drew my attention.

    Yeah I think you got it right They probably just make a few variations back in the days. It wasn’t expensive enough for people to make copies I don’t think.

    I think I am going to go with Limoges. So far that’s the only one have a mark on it

    Definitely looks like a Limoges mold. But then the lid I have is different, simpler. Maybe mine is just older? Pre 1841?

    How big is it? Looks mid to late 19th century pear shaped teapot

    Great Teapot! Very nice. At first glance, I thought early Haviland because of the finial. But there are other elements not consistent with Haviland designs. Perhaps just a nice copycat. Everyone copied Haviland because they were the industry leader.
