Thrift find today; a LOT of art(!) including another Morris Katz + 2 I need help w/signatures

So this morning - before finishing my 2nd cup of coffee I arrived at my friend's thrift store at 7am on the dot, just as they were unloading all kinds of art (be still my heart!) and by the time I left I'd bought 6-7 framed pieces (including paintings by Morris Katz & Michigan artist Bill Lewis) + a sketch book full of watercolor paintings + 2 small cast iron black americana figures; 1 a woman bank & 1 a man with mouth wide open ashtray - for $300 in all (that's a lot first thing in the morning!).
I've got 3 here to show you, including a unusual Morris Katz (which makes 4 now in my collection) + 2 I am hoping someone can make out the signatures on.
Thank you in advance for any help/information on them!

First is the Morris Katz - of a horse race? Or the walk to the gate before the race? Or the cooling the horses down after a race? This is a subject by him which I've never seen before - but I like it! (PS - does the date say 1970, or 69 - 70?)




NEXT ONE I CAN READ SARAH FOR 1st NAME BUT CAN NOT MAKE OUT 2nd NAME (OKEM? OLAM?) - ALSO, COLORS APPEAR...RICHER? IN REAL LIFE!



3rd ONE - MAYBE PEN & INK? OR MAYBE (HOPEFULLY NOT) A PRINT/LITHO? HOPING SOMEONE KNOWS WHO ARTIST IS SO IT WILL BE EASIER TO TELL! (I SAVED w/DIFFERENT FILTERS TO TRY TO MAKE IT EASIER TO READ)





There is another painting I want to post later that has a card on back that says 'Santa Barbara Mission' and has a $550 price tag! The name looks like Bill Leaks or Bill Leash? (I will post later - taking my 92 yr old dad out tonight & have to get ready!)

So the 2 unknowns aren't by anyone known? Because if not, I'm probably going to give them to my neighbor who takes all the paintings )mostly 'factory art' that I didn't know was factory art!) to give me a little more room for some paintings that have been hidden behind others in a stack for too long!
