Featured help with engraving signature

    2 engravings i picked up at the same auction. (£3 & £4)
    the skinny one is by Dorothy woollard
    the other one i cant quite work out
    very lightly signed in pencil, looks like e m something
    any thoughts or info appreciated

    Closest I can find on the larger building is Merchants House, Frog Street, Exeter:
    Merchants House Exeter.jpg

    It was relocated from Frog Street in 1961.
