Vintage Hand drill

    This is onely vintage tool I've got.
    I know it's old, but I do not know what decade of 20th century.
    Can someone date it approx..

    Its a Breast Drill, the opposite end from the chuck was placed against the chest so as to apply pressure whilst drilling.
    I would say it is anywhere between 30`s to late 50`s.

    Thanks for the info.
    I have never used it for work.I never oiled or cleaned it especially and it spins like it was made yesterday.
    Its construction always reminded me of kalashnikov.
