Featured ID this ashtray. Is this a Murano piece?

    My mother is no longer here to ask, so I turn to you. What do you think?
    There are no labels or obvious markings from what I can tell.
    3 lbs
    ~7" across
    ~3" tall

    Welcome @DavidW , Just in case you didn't know Norcrest was an importer. There is a Japanese Glass group on FB. You might get lucky and pin down the manufacture. Be forewarned :D Do not look at the pictures in that group. You will go down a rabbit hole, LOL
