    Hey folks!

I need help with this English (I think) mustard pot. I am so bad with English silver marks. I assume it is silver (didn't react to magnet).
I haven't cleaned it yet so sorry about the dirt.
Are these English silver marks? It would be awesome to know the approx. date and maker :)

Thanks in advance and have a great weekend!
    Erik

    I'm not seeing British silvermarks.
It could be silverplate, so I'll tag @Bakersgma .:)

Yes, it's electroplated. The 4 separate letters are EPGS - electroplated German silver (German silver being an old name for the base metal alloy nickel silver). The manufacturer's mark appears to be MH&Co - Martin, Hall & Co, a Sheffield company.

Yep, not reacting to a magnet only tells you there is no ferris metal. A lot of metals don't react to a magnet.
