Hi all - I came into custody of this set of china and don't know anything about it. Any thoughts welcome. Cursory internet searching has proven unfruitful for finding the same pattern but I know nothing about china, including how to identify and value it.
Gorgeous, Juan, and welcome. I'll tag some members who may be able to tell you more: @916Bulldogs123 , @Ce BCA .
Yes, a nice set and I was going to say c. 1920, but I got interrupted before I replied! I've seen this sort of air-brush technique on the background before. My grandmother had a set of dessert plates with a similar technique. Not as nice as your set! I can't remember exactly, but there is a date when Nippon changed to Japan and that is a good clue for dating.
Hello @juanfaun & welcome to the forum!! When searching for comparables use the words "moriage" or "raised design". It looks like it is in remarkable shape considering its age. Do you have any other pieces or just the ones shown? This type of item often came as a "tea set" that consisted of a teapot, creamer, sugar bowl, small plates, cups & saucers.
