Featured I think this is old but is it Czech or Asian?

This looks older and Czech but then the birds look like Asian Phoenix birds and I think it’s Peking glass. I’m cornfused. Help! Thank you

Looks like a hawk and possibly an ibis.

 

Very nice, but I don't see Czech. It could be Chinese or SE Asian. Is it a men's size?
It isn't Peking glass in the Czech sense either, it looks like a real stone to me.

Czech Peking glass is mottled. Real Peking glass can be a variety of colours and designs.

It’s tiny like a 5. I kind of see an Ibis now I wondered about the Peking glass because I thought it was mottled as well. I saw something else with this colored glass listed as Peking so made me think this might be I’m almost positive this is glass

 

I think it is a Chinese/east Asian phoenix, with that elaborate tail.

Although not an expert but having seen much Czech stuff here, it does not look Czech to me, either.
