Help identifying and age of this piece

I bought this piece because I loved it, but not sure if I got a good deal. It has sliding compartments in the top drawers. I can’t find a manufacturer. Looking for estimated time period, value, etc.

Id guess 1960s give or take a decade or two. Id guess a gentlemans dresser.Lovely quality.

Looks to be nice quality. I think sometime post-war up into the 60s, as Johnny suggested.
