Not posted finds for a bit. Magpie fodder incoming!

The collar is fab. It was in a Norman Hartnell box, but I'm not convinced it's Hartnell. The bracelet has wear, but I loved the stones, they're sort of sommerso yellow and green. I'm a sucker for old Czech cut crystal. The pink set and the other blue and clear were a whole four quid each. Woven one is about five minutes old but it has Prescence.

It always kills me to see young people spend a fortune on Premier Design when they could have beauties like these.

That fabulous collar cost me a whole eight quid. Its construction is quite superb, it manages to sit flat against your throat without being uncomfortable. The row bracelet, which is marked gold filled, was two from a chum.

Great scores! I've never seen backs like the ones on the clear and green earrings. Any markings?

 

Those Kreol stones in that first bracelet...yowza. They get called Kuba too on this side of the pond.

 

I’ve other clips like that , so they may be a U.K. thing. Not one mark of course.

I bought the bracelet for those stones. It is, as I say, a bit worn, and it was filthy, but I loved them.

I've wondered sometimes, @Ownedbybear ... How do you store all of the jewelry you buy? You have so shown us so much! Do you display any of it?

 

Storage. Hah.

Cabinets and boxes which I paw through when I get the urge. Did a lot of that in lockdown. The display is when I wear it!

 

It's great to know that you make use of them, and display them on yourself!

 

Oh, I do. Packing for holidays was always fast on clothes and HOURS on bling.

Some buy jools to go with clothes. You can guess which way round I do it.

 

Well YEAH. I also rummage/jumble sale the clothes to have more spare $$$ for the jools.
