Featured Is this a signed woodblock print by Kawase Hasui?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone out there can help me determine if this is an actual print. It looks to have the right elements but I don't know that much about art. It's titled Early Morning at Okayma and is from 1955. I didn't write down the exact measurements before putting it back into the frame, but it was slightly over 15" by slightly over 10". Any thoughts will be appreciated.

 

It's a Japanese wood block all right, in the original frame too. No idea what it's worth these days; the last I looked most weren't selling for a pile.

 

Here's a helpful resource for identifying Japanese wood blocks and their editions. (Can't imagine that wood backing is doing the work any good.)
