It's beautiful, K. I would have been thrilled to find her <3 in any state!

I'm actually here to bring the tone down, late to party as ever.

Omg this didn’t go as I planned, I need to remember not everyone has the same silly humour as me, sorry all xx

Was a poor attempt at joke, it says bum ( hehe) not burn, I am a child in some ways xx

THIS was quite the disappointment, the not so small print of my paint pen:
(Is there nothing we can do anymore without the PC/woke crowd?!)

The compliancy thing is a matter of legislation, which isn't woke or PC. It is to make sure people won't be poisoned.:nurse:
One way around legislation is to buy Chinese. I won't be joining you though.;)

Noo no I know, AJ...I was joking...I don't want to bum my paint pen! If anyone is *woke* which is a word I hate, tis me :) xx I AM one of the PC/woke crowd, I meant to take the mick out of myself xx
Totally get the compliancy, I'd hate anyone to be poisoned xx)

( maybe it's not obvious but the pen says I can't BUM it, think it meant burn even if empty...:) )

Well…I don’t know how “they” knew but I was actually planning to do just that…now my plan is RUINED! Rather unreasonable of them I must say.
    Foiled again! Xxx

Nor did they explain why one would want to smuggle said pen, but I'm not sure I want to know!

If their minds work like mine, on 'brain autocorrect', they would read 'burn', and you'd have no chance at all. If they work like yours and they read 'bum' like it says, you're in with a chance.;)

I always have the rn and m switch reading difficulty btw. Ah well, I still muddle on.:hilarious:
    (Or rnuddle on....:D)

I get lots of letters utterly mixed up, can't tell the diff between P & B for example. I know this isn't what you describe AJ but does make things confusing. AND for some reason my hands always want to type th e with the e being attached to the next word.

Still bit 'noyed I couldn't bum my pen as I had planned: whatever else are they for?

It is related (I actually wrote realted), both are forms of dyslexia.
I have writing problems, it takes me long to type something, because I have to correct a lot.
Reading as well, can't read long posts like mr nate's posts for instance, especially if they are in one 'block'. A combination of dyslexia and ADD.
And when I'm too tired (most of the time:hungover:) I can't understand what people are saying either. Reading is better than understanding spoken word.

And then there are the times that I can't speak. I know what I want to say but it never reaches my mouth. I have a combination of Wernicke afasia and Broca afasia.
Apparently dyslexia is a result of a dysfunction of the Broca region as well, there are fewer connections to other parts of the brain.
So afasia and dyslexia are related.
Maybe dyspraxia, like you have, is too.

(I am diagnosed dyslexic as well as having the ole dyspraxia so all makes sense. Have dyscalculia too )

My friend had a stroke, one of those smaller ones, and he has afasia as well. Known him since I was 11 and it's weird to see him have trouble with speaking. I know he's smart as can be ( he was in my classes at school, so OF COURSE he is :D) and the struggle to get words and thoughts out is sort of painful for me but he carries on.

It just makes me adore you and admire you even more than I already do as your *flaws* ( I don't mean flaws, you're unflawed as far as I am concerned, but you have disabilities) are severe and still, you're streets ahead of most ( erm ... all) of us xxx

They should abolish all those dys-es, no use to anyone.:hilarious:
    Good for him.:)
I also try to practice a lot, as long as it doesn't wear the old brain out. I talk a lot to Dewi, for instance. I noticed, when I got her as a panicky kitten, that speaking to her in a gentle voice calmed her down. It still helps her feel reassured and safe, which she still needs. And by helping her, I help myself.
    Of course!
    :shame::):kiss::kiss::kiss:

    I love them.
Mr. Blackbirb is my friend and knows I'll help him if I can.
His Mrs isn't one of my biggest fans.
He's out there now making his alarm sound, and I saw a magpie earlier so he's being very vigilant
