Have you done RICE Marko? Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. I had inner and back left knee pain, no idea why it happened. I just did the ice and rest, it did take about 4 weeks to get better. Didn’t go to the doctors as thought they would just give me painkillers.

I have had knee pain since I was about 9 years old. Everyone said it was growing pains. Not so. I am too old now to grow anymore and I still have the same pain.
Had an MRI about 20 years ago and they found a genetic growth that had been there since birth in the back of my knee. It was harmless.

One time my knee got so bad I tried cortizone shots. Did nothing.
Mine seems to flare up for no reason at all or sometimes when I squat down or walk a lot of stairs it hurts. Wearing heavy shoes or boots can set it off too.

I used to use Ben Gay when I was a kid. I could have bought stock in the company.

Stairs, climbing ladders and I can’t really kneel down without pads or I’m in trouble too. Doesn’t take much to upset them. I can’t understand why the Doctors can inject your own fat into your face but don’t seem to be able to cushion knee joints.

My BiL had the cartliledge replaced in both knees. Or something. one of my knees sounds off every so often. It's the one whose kneecap dislocated three times until something ripped. Never bothered going to a doctor about it (early 20s and immortal I guess) and it healed without incident. No problem at all until a few years ago. Go figure.

The score of the day was in a store I was about to skip. Three lightweight sterling bangles for $1.50 total, plus two original vintage to antique oils, $10 for everything. (it was a soup kitchen thrift; they were only going to charge $7 Nothing crazy, one is a vase of flowers and the other is an unsigned boat. I can probably trace the age from the manuracturer of the board; the art shop is now a parking garage for the Hartford Stage Company. ( The building was probably plowed under when the highway system went through and trashed the city center.) The flowers are signed Matthew or Matthews, no one in particular, but I liked the colors.

Just took some probably lousy photos. Will have to get them uploaded.

And a nice beaded purse. Seller said the frame is not silver which is OK with me, but I will shine it up. It has its original fabric lining :)

Love the RRPCo and the purse! Lovely :D

Not old enough to warrent a post, but look at this necklace. A statement piece for sure! 50 cents because one of the stones is chipped at the back. I couldn't get it in my pocket fast enough.

Big egg-shaped agates? For 50 cents I wouldn't have hesitated either. Nice!

I didn't know agate could look like that, but then again I probably wouldn't lol! Not an area I've delved into just yet. Nice to know thank you!

Thank you! I can't wait to wear them.
