    I need help to find what ARIZ silver is.

    6.75" length butter spreader
    Any info appreciated.

    I found this information about Savage & Co using an "Arizona Silver" mark. Perhaps it's somewhere to start

    Sheffield
    Active at 52 Pond St,(1863-1867) and at Standard Works, 173 Pond St, Sheffield (1876-1929). From 1900 the firm acted only as dealer. The firm used the trade mark ARIZONA SILVER

    Arizona silver is not silver but a white metal alloy similar to German silver in the US and alpacca in Europe.

    I've looked at that but ARIZONA I see not my marking but thank you. It doesn't test silver I know.
