Featured Britain Souvenir or Ceremonial? Thing

@Ownedbybear I’m hoping this might be right up your street literally and metaphorically speaking!
Please would you have a look? The globe is marked Britain and under it is London on the right but I can’t read what it says on the left, looks like TUTILL bit that doesn’t make much sense.
The curly wire looks similar to that around some cameos but I think we had a discussion a while ago @Bronwen that it didn’t pin a date down?
I’m probably being rubbish at my history, Festival of Britain souvenir or similar?

Solved part of it, TUTILL is the maker.

 

The heart in hand symbol represents charity so I'm told. Very interesting piece.

Maybe it’s Masonic?

It was google lens but I think I added Tutill to the photo. That sometimes is helpful but only works from my phone, not from my laptop. Hopefully it's right and not just another mis-identification .

I don't recall hashing out something like this. Are the cords metallic thread or wire?

They seem to have changed Google lens for laptop. I no longer see any way to add keywords to an image search.

The hand and the heart are definitely GUOOF but the ‘Britain’ part is odd as it’s an American Order
I suspect more than one organisation uses the hand and heart if it’s meaning is charity.
