Anyone intimately familiar with Photobucket?

I’m trying to find my photos I’ve been putting on PB for years. In left corner it indicates I have over 19K photos used, out of 25k total. And 3.5 gig out of 200 or so. But all I can find are about 1000 images in the “bucket.” What’s the deal? Im still paying them too.

Last i remember there was some folders and subfolders on the left side of the screen

They had made the layout hard to follow

 

Thx, yes adding up the images actually accessible only comes to about 1000. So there must be over 18k images hidden somewhere, but I’ve no clue how to get to them.

 

I suggest you contact their tech support asap. If they got moved or deleted they may be able to get them from a backup.

 

Thx, pb tech worked on it for a while and restored the files, I think they thought I was dead and stored them somewhere offline. But now that I can see them I followed instructions to download some. Both blue and then green happy signs appeared, saying yah, they’ve downloaded. But no files show up in any tab of my files app, not in recents, cloud, this device…. Nowhere! What 2 do now?

 

Could be in your browsers download folder or your My Documents or somewhere else. Try downloading another file and see where it intends to put it before you actually download. You could also search your hard drive for a file you already downloaded if you know its name or even the extension the files use.

 

Thx, no sign of anything downloaded, really strange. I’d think at least the files would register in “recent” but no. I’m using iPad.

 

Could they be in your (or a new) photo library on the iPad?
