"Very Old" American Wall Mirror?

    Hi Everyone,
I picked up this 42.5" x 42.5" wall mirror in an antique shop the other day. The sales tag said, "Very old. Original mirror in tact." I'm curious to know about how old it is and what design style it's associated with. My research has given me some ideas, but I'm new to this and have no clue if I'm totally off. It's going on my wall (no plan to sell), but I'd also like an idea of the value. I only paid $150 for it, which I thought was a steal based on what I've seen other vintage and antique mirrors priced at (but maybe it isn't?).

About the tag/label (pictured): Does anyone know what the full name on the tag might be? I searched the address and found the current building was built in 1920. However, I don't know if there was a different building there prior.

Thank you in advance! I'd greatly appreciate any info on this as my research has me stumped.

Dubler Bros. (Store name, not maker name.)

Originally hung over a dresser. Mass-produced at the time.
Very nice but, IMHO, you paid top dollar. In my area of the Midwest USA, it would likely sell for $75-100 on a good day. Of course, in other locations it could go for more... and obviously did. :)

Dubler Brothers Furniture as above. I'm only seeing references to them at that address in the 1940s and 1950s. The NYC Public Library has directories on line if you want definitive dates.

Thank you @bluumz for the store name and other info! Would you happen to know around which decade(s) these would have been mass produced? Does the 1940s to 1950s time frame @Debora saw that the shop operated seem fitting? As a side note - Thanks also for your value estimate! At the end of the day I would have scooped it up even thinking $150 was pricey, because I just love it.

Also thank you @Debora - I wasn't able to find a single thing about the store earlier so that's a great clue. I didn't think to check the library's records either so thanks for the tip!

@komokwa - It does seem well made! They don't make 'em like this anymore for what I paid especially. A new one of similar size and design would have cost an arm and a leg, plus had less character and no history.

I think it's great fun. Sure to add interest to any room in which it's hung. Enjoy!
