Hello everyone. I found this at an estate sale a few weeks ago. I'm not sure what it is. Originally I thought it was a creamer but once I really looked at it I realized it has one handle but no spout opposite it. It could be poured out sideways I suppose, Unknown Dish 1.jpeg Unknown Dish 1.jpeg Unknown Dish 2.jpeg but what would it be holding back with such a large hole? It doesn't look like a lid would fit anywhere on it. So I'm thinking NOT sugar or creamer but some other tea tool. It is stamped with "Quadruple plate Wilcox Silverplate Meriden Conn 7903 1/2 GILT"

Any info to point me in a new direction of searching will be welcomed!
