Featured NOMA horse pull toy

    Found and immediately fell in love with this rather portly horse pull toy today. I understand that NOMA, the Christmas lights manufacturer, was unable to get the materials it needed to make lights during the war so, for awhile, switched to manufacturing toys. This horse appears to be composition, with wood base and wheels. I’ve been unable to find another example online but, judging by the sticker, it would have been made at the NOMA plant in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada.

    Seems to be a bunch on Worthpoint (searched noma toys horse). Sorry, but i don't subscribe re the prices,
