    IMG_3580.jpeg IMG_3581.jpeg Hello to all. I recently acquired this at an auction, they reference that is a sand painting and it is on leather. I cannot distinguish who the artist us. Can anyone help with this thanks ahead of time.

    The title is 'Guerreros.' 'Warriors' when translated from the Spanish into English.

    The artist's first surname appears to be Rios.

    I might be wrong but it looks like it's signed looping in letters making it say Cusco Peru. Not sure about the signature

    It is after pre-Columbian warriors from a Peruvian codex or from a depiction on pottery.
    Yes it is a souvenir from Cusco, Peru.

    Signatures on souvenirs are usually not really important. If you can't read it, just enjoy it.
