1970's Framed Photograph Of Bob Dylan,Signed at the bottom

I'm not sure but I believe this photograph of Bob Dylan is maybe 1970's from the frame.There's a name in pencil but I can't make it out.Any idea.

 

Looks like Bob Dylan about 1975.

Signature Ron St....., but have not found a similar name fragment associated with Dylan yet.

One of one photo print. Even if the photographer was a friend of a friend that was able to be the same room, it's cool!

 

First name could be Lou?

 

I wonder if it might say Lou Stevens. There was someone with that name that had a vague link to Dylan, at least from what this old news article says.

No provenance,in that storage was a lot of signed pieces of singers.Some were signed on napkins.some on magazines,,there were records of R&B,rock,hard rock,I can't make out many of the names,some football players.

Yes it was! even found early Pet Shop boys Record and Paul Lucas Framed Tee Shirt.

 

I've watched the show a few times-how crazy does it get at the storage auctions ?
