It's marked Topazio Portugal, sterling silver on the back of one of the flowers, there's also some tiny marks on the clasp and end link, one looks like the eagle head and silver grade mark and I'm not sure what the others are.

Now, is that filigree AJ? Looking to educate myself. I would call it filigree.

 

It is beautiful. The crowns of the marks are old style, but the necklace can't be that old.
Frankly, when it comes to Topazio, the name is enough.

@Lark that is genuine filigree. And typical Portuguese, especially from the north where Oporto is.
In this case the wires were twisted and flattened, after which delicate shapes were formed by hand from small pieces of wire.
