Unknown Mark on Chinese Vase

    My wife recently purchased a beautiful hand painted Chinese vase from a car boot but what intrigued me most was the mark on the base which I have never seen before. I tried checking on Internet with Google Lens but no luck.

    I would appreciate any assistance on what the mark means and some idea of the vase's age.

    the made in China marks seem to be from the 70's...until fairly recent.

    The mark looks like a person holding a scythe, imo.
