Featured Artist help on this stone carving with Igloo sticker

    I picked this up the other day for a song and was hoping to get some help on the printing on the sticker and possible identify the artist/carver.
    This sticker has added numbers and letters on the bottom. Are these pertaining to the artist? It is also signed and the number 5 I think.
    The sculpture is 3 1/2" tall and is 4" long. I am not sure if the beaks are supposed to be that way or if they were broken?

    It seems to be signed Timothy Ammitu. There is an Ammitu family from Povungnituk and this might be a younger member who is not yet on any artist lists.
