Back after Covid laid me low for a few weeks .

I found this super eight piece Plaue porcelain pig orchestra today. I think the mark dates them to post 1974

All eight are very finely sculpted and neatly signed on the base by the decorator.

My question is, can anyone help with the signature? All eight differ very slightly so are all hand done.

    They stand about 11cm tall.

    Thanks in advance.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Welcome back. I hope you are feeling better now!

Seeing the signature from farther away, the name Seyfarth came to mind. In the close-up version I'm not sure what it is.

Mis-reading the question. No surprise in that.

Thank you everyone Seyfarth appears to be a fairly popular German name so I think it’s that.

Love the pig orchestra! I saw Teyfarth, but yes, Seyfarth sounds more plausible.
