    You know python was the first thing that came to mind but I have zero clue about snakes so I was quite happy with Boa too haha! Either or works for me, thanks for the input Komo and Eve!
    Is that snap of any interest? The bag looks handmade and I've never seen a snap like that, so I don't know if it could tell me anything about it...

    I've had that link up all afternoon just to go back and reread :hilarious: The orange seems to be some sort of resin thats rather sticky and very impressionable so I'll have to be careful with them, but I'm chuffed! I'm looking forward to cleaning them.

    Agree, I have very similar purse my father brought me from Nigeria in the 1980s, and pythons are wide-spread there. And other snakes too, some very dangerous.

    Yesterday was a good thrifting day. I got some great Hawaiian shirts for my brother and nephew, nine shirts, for $4 each. Guy Harvey, Columbia, Tommy Bahama, and some made in Hawaii brands. Of course, I got some jewelry. Most $3 to $5.

    And scarves....funny story. Scarves are $3, found the Ralph Lauren and this vintage silk scarf. The guy at the register says "we have silk scarves over there for $5 each." I go and look and they are mostly polyester.
